This is a customer-facing, administrative-heavy position responsible for controlling guard schedules and invoices, issuing badges, and supporting electronic security systems while ensuring compliance with established security policies. The role requires discretion, accuracy, and professionalism, as the individual will have access to sensitive information.

Responsibilities
- Daily Operation of the Lenel OnGuard Access Control and Milestone Video Management systems
- Verifying personnel identification and authorization is in compliance with security protocols.
- Auditing the schedule and the invoice provided by the security company and sharing the finance department after approval from the Physical Security director
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all electronic security system control activities.
- Collaborating with security and facilities teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Work and collaborate with the helpdesk and office teams.
- Support request from HR, under the supervision of the physical security director, for badging data
