Job Opportunity: Fulfillment Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to join our operations team in the Pooler/Ellabell area. This role is essential for maintaining operational visibility and ensuring our shipments stay on track during the mid-quarter production push. You will act as the critical link between our sales team, 3PL partners, and warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and print open orders for fulfillment review.
  
  
• Schedule LTL and parcel shipments while coordinating with 3PLs and carriers.
  
  
• Update live visibility dashboards and monitor shipments for exceptions.
  
  
• Perform data entry for Receipt of Goods and maintain supplier performance scorecards.
  
  
• Liaise with the sales team regarding order clarity and promised delivery dates.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAGE 100 preferred).
  
  
• Familiarity with LTL shipping and TMS platforms.
  
  
• strong administrative skills in both Windows and Mac OS environments.
  
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

 Print open orders for review by the Fulfillment Supervisor.
 Schedule shipment of fulfilled orders and occasionally inbound freight, including
purchasing freight for prepaid shipments.
 Correspond with customers and 3PLs for shipment routing.
 Create shipping labels for parcels.
 Update visibility dashboards with live information throughout the day.
 Monitor shipments and follow up on exceptions with carriers and customers.
 Complete data entry for Receipt of Goods and contribute to the Supplier
Performance Scorecard.
 Purchase consumable supplies and requisitioned items.
 Serve as a backup for final shipment preparation.
 Supports the Operations Purchasing Manager as the liaison to the sales team on
order clarity, and promise dates as needed.
