Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Initiate and manage surgical cases within our proprietary system from start to finish.
- Image Quality Control: Review CT scans to ensure they meet the strict Mako Surgical protocol requirements.
- 3D Modeling & Segmentation: Utilize specialized software to segment CT scans, creating accurate 3D digital bone models.
- Surgical Planning: Develop pre-operative plans for robotically assisted surgeries, focusing on implant sizing and optimal positioning.
- Quality Assurance: Peer-review segmentations and plans to ensure anatomical landmarks are precise and plans are error-free.
- Deployment: Securely upload finalized pre-plans to field personnel for use in the operating room.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous records of all activities according to standardized procedures.
- Precision Mindset: You must be able to follow complex work instructions exactly. In this role, consistency is just as important as accuracy.
- Technical Savvy: Comfort working with specialized medical software and navigating proprietary databases.
- Anatomical Knowledge: An understanding of bone anatomy is highly preferred to ensure accurate landmark selection.
- Communication: Proficiency in English (speaking and reading) is required for documentation and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
• Create cases to be completed using a proprietary case management system.
• Review CT Scans for conformity to Mako Surgical protocol.
• Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models for use in Robotic Surgery.
• Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans using the previously created Digital Bone Models for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacement.
• Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
• Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
• Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Speaking and reading)
