Your role: Project managers are recognized as a leadership and technical resource. This position is an introduction to the role of Project Manager. Project Managers are responsible for managing projects and all details within the project, such as project scope, maintaining budgets, aligning resources, supporting maintenance/engineering/manufacturing/packaging/quality tasks within the scope of a project. In the role of Project Management intern, you will also be interacting cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Process & Analytical Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Packaging, Materials Management, Engineering, Validation Engineering, and Maintenance. As the Project Management intern you will: • Assist in the management of projects to support site operations including but not limited to: o Developing project scope and definition documents, o Developing project timelines, o Developing and managing Change Controls to support project management. • When necessary, engage with equipment to drive solutions. o Equipment troubleshooting, o Generating and managing Maintenance Work Orders. o Partnering with Maintenance and Engineering teams to drive solutions. o Conducting data analysis • Utilize GDP in a GMP atmosphere while generating documents, engineering drawings, and reviewing documents. • Communicate cross-functionally by utilizing communication techniques. Requirements: • Education: Graduate or undergraduate enrolled in an Engineering or Project Management area of study at an accredited college or university. • Sound understanding of Quality Risk Management concepts. • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust to changing priorities. • Flexible and accountable. • Detailed oriented work standards. • Ability to utilize GDP during document creation and review. • Communication skills.
salary: $23 - $24 per hour
