We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team. In this role, you won't just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be the bridge between our manufacturing operations and our training documentation. You will spend a significant portion of your day on the production floor, capturing exactly how our products are made to ensure every team member has a clear roadmap for success.

salary: $15 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Observe live manufacturing operations on the production floor to understand the sequence of tasks and safety requirements.
  
  
• Document every step of the manufacturing process in detail, translating physical actions into clear, written instructions.
  
  
• Capture high-quality imagery of machinery, tool usage, and assembly stages to provide visual context for training manuals.
  
  
• Identify and list specific tools and hardware required for each task to ensure training materials are technically accurate.
  
  
• Create and format Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
  
• Collaborate with floor operators and supervisors to verify that documented steps match current best practices.
  
  
• Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring all photos and documents are updated and easily accessible.
  
  
• Participate in departmental updates and coordination efforts via Microsoft Teams.
  
  
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including the consistent use of steel-toed shoes and situational awareness while standing/walking on the production floor.
  
  
• Update existing training documentation whenever equipment or processes change to keep all materials current.
  
  

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

standing for 6 hours at one time

Basic Tool Knowledge (1 year of experience is preferred)
