Your Role: This role will evaluate existing Chemistry and Biology documents and portfolio related resources to create workflow-based product recommendations. Responsibilities include: • Review of existing workflow documentation. • Review leads and cross-selling opportunities from customer inquiries. • Review publications and product literature to understand experimental roadmap. • Enhance our Knowledgebase by documenting workflow recommendations. • Identify opportunities to improve existing documentation. • Work in collaboration with Technical Service Management and Teams, Product Management (Marketing), Research & Development, and other teams as needed. • Take pride in your work: own, execute, accomplish. Minimum Qualifications: • Rising College Junior or Senior in Chemistry or Biology with basic laboratory experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft programs. Ability to quickly learn other software programs with training. • Professional verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Be self-motivated.
