Responsibilities
- Perform detailed digital takeoffs to determine quantities for materials, labor, and equipment based on architectural and structural blueprints.
- Help draft and type formal bid proposals, ensuring all project-specific inclusions and exclusions are clearly listed.
- Organize bid folders, track addendums, and ensure the estimating team is always working from the latest "Issued for Bid" drawing sets.
- Input quantities into estimating software or Excel templates to help build the final project cost.
