The Mission You will serve as the operational backbone for a high-volume Sales Operations team within the media and advertising space. This is a multifaceted role designed for a proactive administrative professional who can balance high-level executive support with the creative demands of a fast-paced sales environment. - Proven Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience (1–2 years specifically within a marketing or sales environment is highly preferred).
- MS Office Mastery: Expert-level skills in PowerPoint (for deck design) and Excel (for reporting and data management).
- Communication Ace: Advanced written and verbal skills; comfortable interfacing with staff at all levels, from local teams to national advertising partners.
- The "Eagle Eye": Extreme attention to detail—whether you are proofing a pitch deck or auditing an expense report.
- Strategic Thinker: You don't just "take orders"—you anticipate the needs of the sales team and manage tasks independently in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with internal teams to design and customize high-impact PowerPoint presentations for Account Executives pitching to national advertising agencies.
- Communications & Triage: Act as the first point of contact for the Chicago office, managing complex phone traffic and triaging a high volume of emails with professional polish.
- Operational Logistics: Manage and coordinate complex calendars, arrange travel details, and oversee the procurement of office supplies to ensure the Chicago team is fully equipped.
- Reporting & Data: Design quarterly sales fact sheets, track expense reports, and generate standard data reports to drive outreach and sales growth.
- Office Management: Facilitate weekly sales meetings, capture meeting notes, and provide front-desk reception support as the "face" of the office.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
- Industry: Experience in Entertainment or Media is a significant plus but not required.
