If you enjoy a "hands-on" role where no two hours look the same, this is the position for you! Shift Days/Hours: Weekdays 9am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Mailing & Document Assembly
• Assemble and prepare outgoing mail, including stuffing tape‑bound books, letters, and mortgage documents into envelopes.
• Prepare FedEx packages by inserting materials, scanning completed packages, and staging them for shipment.
• Perform hand‑folding of letters and place them into envelopes for copy center orders.
• Operate tape‑binding equipment to bind books and materials.
• Assist with wire binding of books and other bound documents.
• Use folding machines to prepare larger letter‑volume jobs for mailing.
• Support printing and assembly of books, letters, and other materials—training provided for machine use during higher‑volume periods.
