- Execute high-volume collections, prioritizing accounts in the 60-90+ day delinquency buckets.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements for past-due accounts per credit policies.
- Minimize bad debt and meet monthly DSO targets through targeted account strategies.
- Process daily receipts from ACH, wire, credit cards, and lockbox payments.
- Resolve unapplied cash and perform weekly/monthly AR to General Ledger reconciliations.
- Identify and correct posting errors to ensure accurate customer statements and audit readiness.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and chargebacks in collaboration with Sales and Billing.
- Resolve pricing, contract, or shipping issues to facilitate timely payments.
- Maintain professional persistence while documenting all disputes through to resolution.
- Use Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyze delinquency and payment trends.
- Provide portfolio health insights and escalate high-risk accounts to management or legal.
- Maintain 100% data integrity in ERP (NetSuite/SAP) and log all activity in CRM (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Support process improvements to automate manual workflows within the "Order-to-Cash" cycle.
