• Administrative Excellence: Draft, formalize, and distribute detailed meeting minutes. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as a professional bridge between the GM’s office and various departments, stakeholders, and management levels.
• Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and on-site execution of high-profile facility events, ensuring seamless logistics and guest experiences.
• Documentation: Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.

This is a contract role.
