Reporting directly to the Vegetation Management Director, you will develop the infrastructure required to secure vital project documentation—including vendor records, construction work packages, and quality data. You will bridge the gap between field operations and executive leadership, ensuring that our crews are tracked, our suppliers are paid, and our customers are heard.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting & Data Analytics
- Executive Cadence: Create and distribute critical performance reports to VM and Supplier leadership. This includes tracking 10-day goals, after-hour call-outs, Fastrack scores, and customer work orders exceeding 10 business days.
- Invoice Verification: Serve as the 2nd approver on VM Supplier invoices (within Director-defined limits) and provide additional financial assistance as required.
- Document Lifecycle: Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for project information management, securing construction documents, vendor records, and vital business archives.
- Experience: Proven experience in document control, project management, or high-level administrative coordination, preferably within a utility or construction environment.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in data management systems, PDF mapping tools, and scheduling software (ARCOS experience is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain revision control across complex work packages involving technical drawings and procedures.
