We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Claims Administrator to join our team. You will be the primary engine behind our data processing, responsible for collecting incoming claims, ensuring all documentation is present, and accurately migrating information into our core systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision and data integrity are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Upload: Efficiently gather claim submissions from various channels (email, portal, mail) and upload them into the centralized management system.
  
  
• Data Entry & Extraction: Pull specific data points from diverse document types (medical records, police reports, policy forms) and enter them into the internal database with high accuracy.
  
  
• Verification & Auditing: Verify policyholder information, coverage limits, and claim validity against existing records before processing.
  
  
• Document Management: Maintain a clean and organized digital filing system, ensuring all "proof of loss" and supporting documents are correctly indexed.
  
  
• Quality Control: Identify discrepancies or missing information in claim files and proactively reach out to the necessary parties for clarification.
  
  
• Status Reporting: Assist the claims adjusters by providing updates on claim status and preparing basic data reports as needed.
