Responsibilities
- Financial Integrity: Direct daily accounting operations and lead the month-end closing process for the organization and its associated entities.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare and evaluate consolidated financial statements and management reports to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Operational Oversight: Manage a diverse accounting team, providing active coaching, performance feedback, and professional accountability.
- Internal Controls: Strengthen stewardship by enforcing rigorous internal protocols, managing PCI compliance, and maintaining constant audit readiness.
- Resource Planning: Oversee liquidity management and cash forecasting while maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.
- Innovation: Partner with IT to modernize accounting workflows and reduce manual processes through improved technology integration
