- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service or Contact Center environment is preferred.
- Backgrounds of Interest: We highly value candidates with experience in Retail, Food Services, Cashiering, Banking, Dispatch, or Call Centers—any role requiring heavy, high-volume customer interaction.
- Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for managing professional standards and customer escalations.
- The "Problem-Solver" Mindset: Ability to understand the "big picture" and advocate for the root cause of customer issues.
- Reliability: Must be able to work the 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift consistently and 100% onsite in Blue Ash (45241).
- Must pass required compliance and background checks.
- Verification of all previous employment dates is required prior to submission.

Responsibilities
- Resolve & Advocate: Support inbound customer inquiries and resolve complex issues by delivering exceptional service.
- End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrate ownership of customer concerns, working proactively with internal units and partners to manage issues through to a timely resolution.
- Communication: Receive inbound calls and perform necessary outbound callbacks to ensure all service levels are met and queues are maintained.
- Conflict Resolution: Use sound negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve escalations within established parameters and policies.
- Data Integrity: Accurately capture and maintain all pertinent customer contact information within data systems.
- Process Improvement: Identify underlying drivers causing customer complaints and recommend solutions to improve overall processes and products.
