Responsibilities

• Start up and shut down paper forming machinery according to standard operating procedures.
  
  
• Adjust machine parameters such as temperature and pressure to keep products within specification.
  
  
• Monitor gauges and control systems to respond quickly to alarms or abnormal conditions.
  
  
• Inspect food-grade packaging for dimensional accuracy and print quality.
  
  
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on production equipment.
  
  
• Document operating data and quality results in electronic logs or paper shift reports.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout and Good Manufacturing Practices.
