Key Responsibilities You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer accounts, acting as the representative for your assigned clients within the organization.
- Order Management: Coordinate resources to facilitate fulfillment from order receipt to delivery and manage return authorizations.
- Account Administration: Administer sales and marketing programs, pricing, and distribution policies.
- Data & Inventory: Monitor inventory against demand and provide notifications regarding shipments, pricing verification, and product availability.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate customer claims, resolve deductions, and maintain documentation for finance.
- Sales Support: Provide correspondence, open order reporting, and inventory updates to the sales team.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of customer service experience. A background in manufacturing is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Core Abilities: Focus on decision-making, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate required resources to facilitate successful order fulfillment from order receipt to customer dock through accounts receivable
- Represent customer for assigned accounts throughout the organization
- Coordinate return authorization with customers
- Coordinate and administer Sales/Marketing programs, pricing, and distribution policies
- Monitor inventory requirements against customer order demand and provide customer notification late shipment/short shipment/pricing verification/product availability/ship date/arrive date
- Investigate and resolve customer claims and complaints; maintain appropriate documentation trails
- Manage and resolve customer deductions, maintain documentation for finance
- Create and update customer address book records; establish new customer profiles
- Support sales through account management, customer visits, accounts receivable
- Provide sales support, including: customer correspondence, open order reporting, inventory reporting, and customer call backs
- Coordinates monthly performance measurements for key accounts
- Participates in developing customer and department-specific process improvements
- Utilize troubleshooting and time management skills to exceed customer expectations
