Temp-to-Perm Customer Service Representative in Brooklyn, NY. This is a critical role that acts as the primary liaison between customers, sales, and production, managing the full life cycle of orders from entry to shipment with a focus on learning our in-depth, technical packaging language. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years of relevant experience (ideally in manufacturing/packaging), and strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Vlookups. Responsibilities

• Order Management: Oversee the entire sales order cycle, including accurate data entry into ERP/CRM systems and tracking orders through production to delivery.
• Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status, pricing, and product specifications.
• Production Coordination: Collaborate with production planning and logistics to prioritize urgent orders, manage change requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and provide customers with regular reports on stock and production plans.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve recurring issues or discrepancies in orders, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department (Sales, Supply Chain, or Quality) as needed.
