Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and maintain a dedicated aging report to identify and prioritize overdue accounts.
- Negotiation: Conduct professional outreach to clients to secure payment commitments and negotiate structured repayment plans when necessary.
- Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or service issues that may be delaying payment, collaborating with Sales and Operations as needed.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates to management regarding collection status, potential bad debt risks, and cash flow projections.
- Accountability: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all client interactions and payment agreements within our CRM/ERP system.
