Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in and phone customers, providing friendly and accurate assistance with parts and equipment inquiries.
- Order Management: Process orders from start to finish and diligently follow up on any pending items.
- Technical Assistance: Help customers navigate product-related inquiries and facilitate warranty claims.
- Logistics & Inventory: Assist with stocking showroom and warehouse shelves; help customers and freight carriers with the loading and unloading of vehicles as needed.
- Maintenance: Ensure the workstation and branch maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
