Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Beeline Administration: Understanding of the full lifecycle of contingent workers within the Beeline VMS along with timesheet management in both Beeline and our internal system.
- Spreadsheet Managment: Maintaining, and troubleshooting complex Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel to track real-time operations.
- Formula Engineering: Utilizing advanced formulas (e.g., QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, XLOOKUP) to automate manual workflows between Beeline exports and internal reports.
- Auditing: Conducting weekly audits of Beeline records and internal reports to ensure 100% compliance and balance between the two, auditing payroll and fixing discrepencies, and ensuring spreadsheet internal data is correct and updated.
- Beeline Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating Beeline (VMS) to manage assignments, amendments, and reporting.
- Advanced Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Skills: You should be comfortable manipulating large datasets.
- Auditing Mindset: Conducting regular audits of internal records to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Flexability: Experience working in fast pace environments where you can pivot between tasks without losing your place.
- Google Platform: Deep familiarity with the Google Workspace (Drive, Forms, Docs, and Gmail).
- Experience with Apps Script.
- A background in finance, compliance, or quality assurance auditing.
