Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Execution: Architect and deliver comprehensive project business cases, assessments, and detailed roadmaps for Finance initiatives.
- Orchestrate Transitions: Manage the end-to-end delivery of people, process, technology, and real estate workstreams to achieve our Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Enable Decision-Making: Facilitate high-level problem-solving and present critical project updates to senior level management, ensuring alignment and momentum.
- Mitigate Risk & Ensure Compliance: Proactively identify issues and implement rigorous project controls to safeguard business initiatives across regions.
- Global Collaboration: Communicate and prioritize multiple project activities across geographically dispersed teams to ensure cohesive global delivery.
- Proven Delivery Record: 5+ years of extensive experience leading major change initiatives and large-scale project implementations.
- Methodology Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in System Implementation using Agile methodologies, as well as a combination of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to synthesize complex data points into actionable strategic documents and communication plans.
- Leadership Excellence: Skilled in managing direct and indirect resources across multiple locations with minimal oversight.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional ability to build rapport and influence senior management within a Finance environment.
