- ERP Mastery: Act as the lead user for Famous (Oracle) software, managing inventory costing and data integrity.
- Full-Cycle Accounting: Execute all AP/AR functions, including 3-way matching and high-volume collections.
- Compliance & Risk: Oversee Lien Logs and Notice to Owner (NTO) filings; manage 1099s and audit preparation.
- Cash Flow Strategy: Monitor daily cash positions and provide weekly financial snapshots to ownership.
- Liaison: Serve as the professional link (English/Spanish) between management, field staff, and vendors.
- Experience: 7+ years of Full-Charge Bookkeeping, preferably in Produce, Agriculture, or Logistics.
- Technical: Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with ERP systems (Famous, SAP, or Oracle).
- Language: fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Mindset: Self-starter who prefers to "write the manual" rather than follow one. You understand the fast-paced nature of the produce industry.
