Resilience: Ability to stay calm and empathetic while handling emergency and roadside assistance programs. Education: High School Diploma or GED (Minimum requirement). Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Paid Professional Training: 4 weeks of intensive, expert-led training (M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). 24/7 Operations: As a 24-hour facility, we offer the stability of a permanent shift within a round-the-clock environment. Location: This position is 100% ON-SITE at our Fort Lauderdale, FL location.

Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the premier point of contact for luxury vehicle owners, delivering high-touch customer service that aligns with elite brand standards.
- Emergency Response Management: Confidently handle high-priority situations, including emergency services, stolen vehicle recovery assistance, and roadside support programs.
- Technical Consultation: Respond to inbound inquiries and digital messages with precision, providing accurate information regarding exclusive vehicle programs, features, and services.
- Relationship Excellence: Cultivate positive customer rapport to drive brand loyalty and contribute to long-term business objectives.
- Critical Problem Solving: Independently research and resolve complex owner concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction and customer retention.
- Communication Mastery: Maintain a high level of professional correspondence; must be fully proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
