- Role: Import Logistics Coordinator (Hialeah, 33018)
- Pay: $22.00 – $24.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
- Ideal Candidate: A proactive, English / Spanish Speaking professional with 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or import operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full import lifecycle, including shipment tracking, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Prepare, review, and process import documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and update shipment statuses, providing proactive updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Process shipments in and out of our FTZ
- Serve as the primary point of contact for import clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on shipment progress.
- Build and maintain great relationships with customers, carriers, and vendors.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
