- Ideal Candidate: A proactive, English / Spanish Speaking professional with 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding or import operations.

Responsibilities
- Export Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage all export documentation, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, certificates of origin, and other related paperwork to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordination and Communication: Liaise with carriers, clients, and international agents to coordinate the movement of goods and communicate shipment updates and status reports.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure all export activities adhere to U.S. and international customs regulations, including AES filings and appropriate use of Harmonized System (HS) codes.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments from origin to final destination, updating clients proactively and addressing any potential issues.
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any logistical challenges or issues that may arise during the shipment process to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Cost Management: Negotiate freight rates with carriers and manage cost-effective transportation solutions to optimize profitability.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all export shipments, including documentation and electronic data, for compliance audits and future reference.
