Responsibilities
- Source and Screen: Identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases to meet aggressive weekly hiring targets.
- English/spanish Speaking: Conduct interviews and screenings in both English and Spanish (or other required language) to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool.
- Onboarding Excellence: Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, including background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with Randstad standards.
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a "high-energy" experience that keeps them engaged from the first call to their first day on the job.
- Deployment Logistics: Coordinate start dates, shift schedules, and arrival instructions for large groups of employees simultaneously.
- Retention Strategies: Conduct regular check-ins with field employees to address concerns, boosting morale and reducing turnover.
- Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring all candidate activity is logged in real-time.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local labor market trends and Engllish / Spanis speaking talent availability to provide insights to the account team.
- Urgency Management: Pivot quickly to fill "last-minute" orders and manage high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented mindset.
