• Architect Training Logistics: Lead the end-to-end execution of training sessions, from coordinating internal experts to modernizing participant materials.
  
  
• Master LMS Administration: Own the Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem by optimizing enrollments, maintaining precise course data, and analyzing insightful reports that drive decision-making.
  
  
• Innovate Program Delivery: Partner with external vendors and project managers to streamline tactical deliverables and facilitate high-impact learning programs.
  
  
• Champion Communication: Serve as a key liaison for participants, ensuring they are empowered with the pre-class assignments and evaluations needed for success.
  
  

Qualifications for Success:

• Core Experience: 2 + years of proven administrative or support background in an L&D, project coordination, or corporate business setting.
  
  
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; prior experience with LMS platforms (Workday Learning is a plus!).
  
  
• Powerhouse Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, proactive time management, and the ability to build robust alliances across the organization.
  
  
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and interact effectively with diverse professional teams.
