We’re looking for a Payroll/Time & Attendance Specialist interested in working 4 days a week, 7 hours a day (8am-4:30pm), on the following schedule: Week 1 (Payroll Week):

• Sunday: 7 hours
• Monday: 7 hours
• Tuesday: 7 hours
• Wednesday & Thursday: Off
• Friday: 7 hours
• Saturday: Off

Week 2:

• Sunday: Off
• Monday: 7 hours
• Tuesday: 7 hours
• Wednesday: 7 hours
• Thursday: 7 hours
• Friday & Saturday: Off

lf you have 2+ years of payroll experience or are a new grad looking to put your degree in motion, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily operator payroll records including accurate entry, review, and validation of work hours and pay codes.
• Support verification and reconciliation of time and attendance data prior to bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Track and help process attendance, vacation, sick leave, personal time, FMLA, and other leave categories.
• Review leave requests and time discrepancies; escalate issues to the Coordinator, supervisors, or management as appropriate.
• Assist with calculating and processing pay adjustments, exceptions, and corrections in coordination with Finance and Payroll.
• Monitor payroll reports and error logs; help prepare summaries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized attendance and payroll records, including leave documentation and attendance policy tracking.
• Respond to routine employee questions regarding timekeeping, leave balances, and payroll matters; refer complex issues as needed.
