Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

• Expert level knowledge of Cisive and other background check vendors. Knowledge of Workday desired.
• strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to partner and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and third-party vendor
• Serve as primary product team contact to the I-9 and background check business stakeholders
• Communication of complex issues in a clear, understandable way
• Partner with the business to create quality requirements for the vendor to execute on
• Creation of test cases and coordination of UAT activities with the business
• Ensure all changes implemented by the vendor are thoroughly tested and perform as expected
• Deep understanding of testing requirements across various scenarios
