- Industry experience required: print, mailing, fulfillment, or similar production-driven environments

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of each order/project
- Coordinate sales orders, job jackets, production requirements, and billing documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of production
- Track client inventory, postage funds, materials, and outside purchases
- Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, artwork, data transfers, and samples
- Communicate schedules, changes, completion dates, shortages, and approvals clearly and promptly
- Attend daily production meetings and ensure all teams are aligned
- Provide clear, detailed instructions to production and billing teams
- Follow up internally to ensure jobs meet client specifications and deadlines
- Assist in resolving production, billing, or inventory-related issues
- Obtain client approval for any changes or deviations to original orders
- Maintain strong client relationships and assess overall client satisfaction
