Client Services Coordinator Production | Print | Mailing | Fulfillment Industry A very steady, well-respected company in the print and production services industry is launching a new division and is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to help support and shape this next phase of growth. Because this is a newly formed department, this role is best suited for someone who is adaptable, flexible, and comfortable helping build structure where processes may still be evolving. If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, pitching in where needed, and helping create order out of moving parts, you’ll feel right at home. What We’re Looking For

• Industry experience required: print, mailing, fulfillment, or similar production-driven environments
• Comfortable working in a new or evolving department with some ambiguity
• Willing to help create, improve, and document processes as the division grows
• strong understanding of production workflows and client coordination
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and office software
• Professional, positive, and client-focused demeanor
• Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Schedule & Compensation

• Pay: $20–22/hour, based on relevant experience and industry background
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (some flexibility available)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of each order/project
• Coordinate sales orders, job jackets, production requirements, and billing documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of production
• Track client inventory, postage funds, materials, and outside purchases
• Coordinate pick-ups, deliveries, artwork, data transfers, and samples
• Communicate schedules, changes, completion dates, shortages, and approvals clearly and promptly
• Attend daily production meetings and ensure all teams are aligned
• Provide clear, detailed instructions to production and billing teams
• Follow up internally to ensure jobs meet client specifications and deadlines
• Assist in resolving production, billing, or inventory-related issues
• Obtain client approval for any changes or deviations to original orders
• Maintain strong client relationships and assess overall client satisfaction
