You will be a key player in processing fixed, fixed indexed, and variable annuity contracts. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will directly impact customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling good order requirements for annuity new business.
- Keying, issuing, and preparing Letter of Acceptance packets.
- Working closely with business partners across the organization to meet service level agreements.
- Balancing quality, speed, and accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service and or office administrative experience. Financial services experience is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to problem solve s.
- The drive to learn quickly and make fact-based decisions.
- strong time management and organizational skills.
- A team-first mindset and excellent communication abilities.
- Bonus: Technical knowledge related to annuities is a plus, but not required—we will train you!
