Our client is seeking a high-level Administrative Services Coordinator to join their team. This role is designed for a professional with deep administrative roots—specifically someone experienced in workforce staffing or hospital operations. You will be the backbone of departmental efficiency, managing complex scheduling, data reporting, and operational logistics in a fast-paced environment where managing census and shift coverage is critical. Schedules Available: Mon–Wed: 12 hours per day from 6am-7pm  OR Thu–Fri: 12 hours per day from 6am-7pm ***Role is ONSITE in Seattle, WA***

Responsibilities

• Performs semi-routine data analysis, editing, and formatting to produce regular status reports, graphs, and presentation materials. Develops standard and ad hoc reports ensuring total data accuracy.
• Manages day-of staffing, outreach for shift coverage, and sick call deployment. Prepares and maintains physician master schedules for multiple departments and ensures adequate coverage for all medical areas.
• Provides graphics services and production support. Collects pertinent information from team members and managers to contribute to and support department projects.
• Maintains and operates databases and automated systems. Acts as a department resource for software training and coordinates hardware/software repairs or troubleshooting.
• Responds to and fulfills miscellaneous requests for information from within and outside the organization in accordance with established policies.
• May coordinate and oversee the activities of support staff and assign projects in the absence of a department manager.
• Establishes working relationships with vendors and coordinates the management of office supply ordering.
• May assist in tracking department budgets and make recommendations based on data collected toward payroll and non-payroll requirements.
