Your Impact: From Data Funnel to Transaction: As a Logistics Data Specialist, you aren’t just entering data; you are an investigator. You will manage a massive "funnel" of information, ensuring that every shipping container and serial number matches its Bill of Lading (BOL) and scale ticket.
- Deductive Problem Solving: Use your tenacity to match incomplete BOLs to scale tickets and destination data.
- Web Portal Mastery: Navigate service provider portals to extract and "marry" information to specific transactions.
- Excel Precision: Build and maintain organized data cells in Excel to facilitate seamless back-office transactions.
- Operations Support: Modernize workflows by logging receipts, filing digital documents, and clearing administrative backlogs.
- Collaborative Communication: Participate in daily 15-minute huddles to identify vendor delays and coordinate with Account Managers.
- Tenacity and Focus: Ability to maintain a follow-up cadence in an unorganized data environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office (specifically Excel and Teams) and comfortable learning proprietary logistics software.
- Customer-Centric Communication: Professional email etiquette for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- High Attention to Detail: A "needle in a haystack" mentality—identifying a single missing container among hundreds.
