Responsibilities
Securities Processing
- Process and validate mutual fund account transactions and documentation
- Verify accuracy of account and transaction information
- Manage daily workflow and volume efficiently
- Perform intraday and end-of-day reconciliation
- Ensure deadlines and operational requirements are consistently met
- Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests
- Track and follow up on outstanding issues
- Identify, document, and escalate operational errors and discrepancies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and reduce risk exposure
- Support implementation of procedures, controls, and process improvements
- Participate in fund account-related operational projects
- Review and execute fund account documentation
- Investigate and respond to fund account opening inquiries
- Accurately update and maintain account data within internal systems
- Maintain and review daily operational reports related to fund account openings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services operations, global custody, or investment operations
- Experience supporting mutual fund account opening or securities processing preferred
- Knowledge of operational processes within financial services
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
