Responsibilities
- Begin each morning by organizing invoices in alphabetical order by customer.
- Work closely with internal teams and assist customers in the Will Call area, including those who arrive without having placed an order.
- Accurately read and interpret invoices and learn to navigate the company’s inventory control system.
- Perform routine and repetitive clerical tasks such as filing letters, memoranda, invoices, and other documents according to an established filing system.
- Retrieve documents, data, or correspondence in a timely manner when requested.
- Manually process occasional same‑day or urgent customer orders using the inventory system.
- Support order fulfillment by managing processed customer orders and batching orders for selectors to pick.
