- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provides general administrative support to the executive team
- Maintains regular communication with internal staff, external partners, and vendors. Answers phones, routes calls, manages shared inboxes, and provides timely follow-up as needed.
- Supports calendar and scheduling needs
- Assists in managing calendars for members of the executive team, scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, coordinating logistics, and ensuring participants receive necessary information in advance.
- Coordinates meetings and team activities
- Helps organize recurring team meetings, sends reminders, tracks attendance, prepares basic meeting materials, and arranges refreshments when needed.
- Assists with travel and expense coordination
- Supports the team in booking domestic travel, preparing itineraries, and processing expense reports. Helps track invoices and maintain accurate records for budget purposes.
- Prepares routine administrative documents
- Drafts and edits memos, correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting notes. Helps gather information for quarterly or monthly updates prepared by the executive team.
