As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the dedicated point of contact for your own territory of customers. You will manage the entire customer relationship, from providing quotes and processing orders to offering troubleshooting support. This role requires a sense of urgency, meticulous follow-up, and a commitment to owning the customer experience from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary, dedicated point of contact for a specific portfolio of clients within an assigned territory
- Manage a high volume of email and phone inquiries (approx. 10-15 calls/day) regarding product pricing, availability, and order status
- Provide initial troubleshooting and technical support for electronic products, such as vehicle chargers and pumps, to help resolve client issues quickly
- Collaborate with the production department to gain in-depth product knowledge and accurately communicate order timelines
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate client records using our proprietary software and Microsoft Excel
