Randstad is actively recruiting for a Litigation Paralegal to join the team of a premier East Memphis law firm. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-level case organization and administrative support. 

salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage the full litigation lifecycle, including opening new matters, performing conflict checks, and maintaining meticulous digital and physical files.
  
  
• Draft subpoenas, summonses, and notices; summarize depositions and compile comprehensive trial exhibits and notebooks.
  
  
• Handle state and federal electronic filings (e-filing) and maintain a calendar to ensure all deadlines and dockets are met.
  
  

• Assist with monthly client billing and generate status reports to keep both attorneys and clients informed on case progress.
  
  
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.
  
  

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Paralegal Certification is a plus
• Typing speed 50+ WPM
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with cloud-based document management or e-discovery platforms
• Willingness to pivot between high-level paralegal duties and foundational administrative tasks with ease.
