Responsibilities
- Manage the full litigation lifecycle, including opening new matters, performing conflict checks, and maintaining meticulous digital and physical files.
- Draft subpoenas, summonses, and notices; summarize depositions and compile comprehensive trial exhibits and notebooks.
- Handle state and federal electronic filings (e-filing) and maintain a calendar to ensure all deadlines and dockets are met.
- Assist with monthly client billing and generate status reports to keep both attorneys and clients informed on case progress.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties, ensuring professional and timely correspondence.
- At least 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Paralegal Certification is a plus
- Typing speed 50+ WPM
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with cloud-based document management or e-discovery platforms
- Willingness to pivot between high-level paralegal duties and foundational administrative tasks with ease.
