Responsibilities

 Strategic Advisory: Act as a tactical advisor to hiring managers to identify needs
and adapt recruitment strategies for sustainable growth.
 Executive Collaboration: Work with business leaders and Talent & Culture partners
to understand key priorities and expertise requirements.
 Innovative Sourcing: Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies using
social networks, candidate databases, and networking events to build robust talent
pools.
 Employer Branding: Represent the organization at professional networking events
to enhance brand awareness and expand professional networks.
 Mentorship: Provide best-practice advice and mentorship to colleagues across
Canada and the United States, focusing on eƯiciency and innovation.
 Process Management: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process with agility,
ensuring a premium experience for all candidates and internal clients.
