The ideal candidate is a leader with deep project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex initiatives in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams in defining project scope, planning, budgeting, and execution
- Drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget using best-practice methodologies
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources throughout the lifecycle
- Review business cases, requirements, functional specifications, and implementation plans
- Ensure thorough testing of system and process changes (UAT, regression, client, and pilot testing)
- Develop and present project dashboards, status reports, and change oversight materials
- Support portfolio-level reporting and analysis for senior leadership
- Partner with project sponsors, business leaders, and technology teams to align project goals and execution
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress, risks, and solutions clearly and consistently
- Control scope and mitigate scope creep while adapting to evolving business needs
- Deliver strategic recommendations and drive execution to achieve desired business outcomes
- Enhance client and user experience through proactive planning and solutioning
- Lead business analysis to evaluate how changing needs impact systems, processes, and products
- Track project ROI, costs, and benefits to ensure value delivery
- Identify and resolve critical issues that may impact project success
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned
- Lead and mentor project teams, business analysts, and subject matter experts
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance input for team development
- Foster collaboration and alignment across business, operations, and technology groups

Responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably within financial services
- Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and lifecycle delivery
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and large stakeholder groups
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and execution skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory and operational standards within financial services
- Experience within custody, investment operations, or financial services platforms
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Experience with ROI tracking, business case development, and change management initiatives
- Background in stakeholder negotiation and executive communication
