We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Accountant. This isn't just a desk job you are the financial backbone of our construction projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure our financial health is as solid as our builds.

Responsibilities
- WIP Analysis: Prepares monthly WIP reports and alerts Project Managers to budget discrepancies and billing imbalances.
- Construction Billings: Manages the end-to-end draw process and organizes all supporting documentation, including invoices and receipts.
- Subcontractor Accounting: Directs project AP/AR activities to guarantee timely disbursements and compliance with legal contracts.
- Document Control: Maintains a rigorous tracking system for lien waivers and insurance renewals to mitigate financial risk.
- GL Maintenance: Performs monthly GL reconciliations and prepares division-specific financial statements.
- Audit Support: Compiles and organizes records for annual financial, workers’ comp, and liability audits.
