We are looking for a Scheduler to join a growing team in the Construction industry! The Field Service Scheduler acts as the traffic controller for the installation teams. This role is responsible for ensuring that the Door and Trim crews are in the right place at the right time with the right information. You will be the primary link between the production goals and the reality of field operations.If you have experience and enjoy working in high pressure environments within construction and are interested in this role, APPLY TODAY!

Responsibilities

• Crew Dispatch: Coordinate daily schedules for multiple installation crews, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal travel downtime.
  
  
• QuickBooks Integration: Update job statuses and customer records within QuickBooks to ensure the office has real-time visibility into job completion.
  
  
• Customer Communication: Act as the main point of contact for homeowners or builders regarding arrival windows, delays, or rescheduling needs.
  
  
• Work Order Management: Generate and distribute detailed work orders to field staff, ensuring they have the specific trim profiles and door specs for each job site.
  
  
• Conflict Resolution: Rapidly adjust schedules in response to material delays, weather, or crew call-outs.
