Responsibilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and a "customer-service" orientation.
Demonstrated experience managing personnel or leading major cross-functional HR projects.
At least 5+ years of progressive experience within a sophisticated HR environment, with a proven track record of increasing responsibility.
Drive continuous improvement of HR information systems (HRIS) and internal workflows, contributing to budgetary planning and strategic organizational enhancements.
Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, managing workload distribution, professional growth, and departmental KPIs.
Manage the delivery of competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits programs.
Serve as a strategic consultant to department heads, providing data-driven guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and team-specific HR initiatives.
Act as the primary authority on labor law compliance, ensuring all operations adhere to Federal, State, and local mandates.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including strategic talent acquisition, immersive onboarding, professional development, and comprehensive performance evaluation.
Direct the design, implementation, and continuous auditing of organizational policies.
