Responsibilities
- Order Management: Process complex purchase orders (POs) accurately into SAP or Salesforce, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discount logic are applied.
- Production Liaison: Coordinate with the Production Planning and Warehouse teams to provide customers with accurate lead times and shipping dates.
- Technical Support: Answer inquiries regarding product specifications, material availability, and custom manufacturing capabilities.
- Problem Resolution: Manage "Return Material Authorizations" (RMAs) and shipping discrepancies (shortages, damages) by investigating root causes and issuing credits where necessary.
- Data Integrity: Maintain up-to-date customer profiles, contact information, and special shipping instructions within the system.
- Logistics Coordination: Track shipments via freight carriers and provide real-time updates to customers regarding delays or transit status.
