Responsibilities
Base + Commission Position
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new members, distributing virtual and physical welcome kits and scheduling initial training presentations
- Proactively identify and manage the renewal process for existing clients with expiring contracts to ensure zero lapse in service
- Provide "white-glove" customer service via phone and email, resolving inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute ongoing client outreach programs, keeping members active and engaged with product offerings
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, troubleshooting with service providers, and coordinating with Marketing/Editorial for platform messaging
- Maintain meticulous client records within Salesforce, ensuring data is clean, updated, and accurate
- Generate and deliver custom activity reports to clients to demonstrate the value and ROI of their membership
- Draft, execute, and file contracts for new and renewing clients with high attention to detail
- Assist with the execution of live events, which includes traveling several times a year to support the team and interact with members in person
