We are representing a premier global energy consulting firm seeking a versatile Project Accountant to join their finance team. This is a high-visibility role that acts as the bridge between complex engineering projects and the company’s bottom line. Responsibilities

• International Project Billing: Manage the full-cycle invoicing process for a diverse portfolio of global accounts, ensuring compliance with varied international requirements and client portals.
  
  
• Contract Management: Review and interpret complex contracts to execute various billing methods, including Lump Sum and Progressive/Milestone billing.
  
  
• Project Liaison: Partner directly with Project Managers to review timesheets via internal tracking software and ensure all billable expenses are captured accurately.
  
  
• Strategic AR & Collections: Lead the "semi-monthly snapshot" on invoicing and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive collections and maintain healthy cash flow.
  
  
• Operational Accounting: Assist with month-end close, handle personal property depreciation schedules, and generate detailed financial reports.
