The Role As our Fabrication Manager, you are the conductor of a high-tech orchestra. You will oversee a diverse floor featuring lasers, turret presses, CNC brakes, and specialized assembly departments. This is a role for a strategist who can balance a complex production schedule while mentoring a dedicated team.

Responsibilities
- Process Leadership: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all metal fabrication processes.
- Team Management: Lead a diverse team of fabrication technicians, managing scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and workforce relations.
- Strategic Scheduling: Forecast and manage the department schedule based on production goals; coordinate internal assembly parts, material requisitions, and outsourced finishing services.
- Procurement Partnership: Collaborate with the purchasing department to secure raw materials, advanced tooling, and shop supplies.
- Technical Oversight: Program machine software, develop production routers, and verify technical specifications.
- Asset Management: Process equipment maintenance requests (AMPs), manage repair schedules, and ensure peak machine performance.
- Quality & Safety: Perform final part inspections to ensure elite standards and maintain a culture of zero-hazard safety.
