We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist for our Pooler office to drive our sales engine. You will manage the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying leads, performing heavy outbound calling, and using professional email to bridge the gap between initial contact and a closed contract.

- Modern Research: Apply social media strategies, particularly LinkedIn, to find decision-makers and analyze the market.
- Earnings: Base pay of $35k–$38k plus a performance-based commission and bonus plan.

Responsibilities

- Booking Appointments: Secure commitments for on-site consultations and property walkthroughs.
Use digital tools rather than old-school telemarketing to find new business.
- Decision-Maker Sourcing: Use LinkedIn to find key contacts like HR Directors and Property Managers.
- Brand Awareness: Engage with potential clients online to build familiarity before the initial pitch.
Use Microsoft Office to act as the central record-keeper for all sales activity.
- Database Management: Meticulously track all touchpoints in the CRM to prevent lead loss.
- Market Analysis: Build lists of local target industries, such as medical offices, schools, and warehouses.
