Randstad is looking for a high-energy, spanish speaking Office Administrator to be the face and voice of our staffing branch. In this role, you aren’t just filing papers—you are the first point of contact for our candidates and the backbone of our recruitment operations.
salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- The Gatekeeper: Greet walk-in candidates and answer high-volume phone calls in both English and Spanish with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Onboarding Ace: Assist candidates with the application process, verify I-9 documentation, and ensure all new-hire paperwork is completed accurately.
- Recruitment Support: Schedule interviews for our recruiters and help source candidates through our database and job boards.
- Administrative Hub: Manage office supplies, maintain organized digital and physical files, and handle outgoing mail/correspondence.
- Translation Support: Translate job descriptions or safety manuals and assist with verbal interpretation during orientations when needed.
